What does the Gold Seal mean?

Seastone of Delray is Now Accredited by the Joint Commission

The Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO) is an organization that creates high standards for healthcare organizations like Seastone.

The accreditation process is designed to help our organization continuously provide safe, high-quality care, treatment, and services by identifying opportunities for improvement in our processes and help us follow through on and implement those improvements.

What does this mean for you?

If you are looking for help with substance abuse treatment, the gold seal is an indicator of high quality and excellent care.  Not every organization is capable of attaining a JCAHO accreditation.

Some insurance policies do not cover facilities that do not have a national accreditation like JCAHO. If you have one of those policies, your options are limited.
